Non-US shipments must pay by PayPal. Tracking is only available when sending express orders.
Shipping Prices
Shipping is fixed price, US$5 per costume. It is approximately the same price for us to ship global express anywhere, so shipping costs do not vary per country.
Shipping Policy
All in-stock items are shipped same-day via UPS or USPS if they are ordered before 2pm CST. Shipping and tracking information are sent to your email address. Express shipping is available. Ground shipping normally takes 2-3 business days in the US, however occasionaly delays of over a week have been reported.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days as a credit to your account. Used costumes, masks and wigs are not returnable due to state health codes. To request an exchange - please email exchanges@cosplaycentral.com
