Plexi Cosplay’s hand-crafted costume is comprised of foam, semi-rigid resin, plastazote, thermoplastic, stretch vinyl, various fabrics, 3D printed materials, 18 yards of goose feathers, and 100 feet of LEDs. The wings are entirely powered with a 12-volt battery. The build took hundreds of hours over the course of six months.New techniques such as life-casting, engineering, and clay structure creation were used. The wings utilize a pulley system comprised of old window cranks and the blood and sweat of her dedicated husband.

The hard work definitely shows in this incredible build! Just the wings alone are enough to wow a crowd!
