Moira took over 1500 hours to construct and includes custom-designed 3D printed armor, resin casting, programmed LEDs, and needlework. The majority of the armor and props were 3D modeled from scratch into 198 individual components that were 3D printed in PLA plastic. After surface finishing, all parts were airbrushed with modeling paints. This costume features 1415 LEDs controlled by 2 arduino microcontrollers and powered by two 20,000 milliamp-hour power banks. The LEDs are programmed to change when hidden buttons are pressed and the effects are designed to match the in-game effects.
