The armor and bone staff were all made from foam and covered in Worbla, then painted. The ice crown crystals were hand sculpted from clay and then cast in resin. The gem was 3D printed and has two different sets of programmable LEDs inside to produce the magical effects, and can change colors at the touch of a button. The dragon skull was sculpted from floral foam and Worbla and can breathe smoke on command; buttons are wired into the hand wrap palms to allow control of all the electronics.
